Everything you need for an RE program except the art supplies!
Looking for high-quality religious education resources for your family, small group or congregation?
Each month RE Express subscribers receive via email:
A Curriculum for Families and Small Groups
CLiF Notes is a lively, easy to use, explicitly Unitarian Universalist curriculum which is delivered monthly to RE Express Plus subscribers via email. Over the course of the year CLiF Notes provides 10 months of full lessons, with content for each week including opening and closing words, a centering exercise, a story, activities, and discussion questions. While designed for multi-age small groups, such as families or small groups, CLiF Notes can be adapted for use in age-graded classrooms, or used by churches which have two Sunday services, with a smaller program at one of the service times, or for programs which incorporate monthly worship for children of all ages. See sample.
Family Fun and Activities
With featured people from UU history, social justice projects, spiritual practices, ways to practice our principles, questions for family discussion and more, each month the
REfrigerator Page provides a pdf document that you can print and keep on your refrigerator as a reminder of ways for kids to connect to UUism, and for parents and religious educators to glean great ideas for religious education. See sample.
Each month CLF minister for lifespan learning, we invite kids (and grown-ups) to reflect on matters from how to celebrate holidays to what it means to be a Unitarian Universalist. See sample.
RE Express is available free to CLF Members. For more information or to subscribe, contact Beth Murray at bmurray@clfuu.org.
Congregations and covenanting communities can receive religious education resources through the Faith Rocket Religious Education subscription program from Launchpad.
