Course Description: This 8-week course will include a variety of spiritual care topics, including Dealing with Grief—Others’ and Our Own, Professional Boundaries in Spiritual Care, Working with Guilt and Shame, Conflict in the Family, the DRE/Minister Dynamic, and more.
Methodology: This class will use varied methodology, depending on the topic. Methods will include lecture, group discussion, group and individual exercises, time for reflection, readings, case studies, use of hand-outs, and integrated Chalice Lightings and closing words.
