One class with two sessions 3-5 EST:
Sunday Feb 22nd–Facebook and social media
and
Sunday March 8th–making memes
Learn how to use social media to support your work in congregational life! The class will cover how to set up, manage, and maintain Facebook and other social media platforms. We will also learn how to create visual images that also contain information also known as memes. The class will be held via the web conference platform Zoom, solid internet connection and web camera/mic necessary (most laptops have both camera and microphone). Having a good digital presence for congregations, religious professionals and purpose driven faith groups is vital! As Rev. Nate Walker says, religion travels on the media of it’s time!
