Quest for Meaning is a program of the Church of the Larger Fellowship (CLF).
As a Unitarian Universalist congregation with no geographical boundary, the CLF creates global spiritual community, rooted in profound love, which cultivates wonder, imagination, and the courage to act.
I am finding myself disconcerted with the new direction of Quest and CLF. While I absolutely believe in the prison ministry, it seems to me this ministry is at the cost of a more general ministry. We are a worldwide organization, with people from many different countries. When we focus on our prison ministry we are leaving out all congregation members who live outside the US. That concerns me. As one of the Admins of the Joys, Sorrows and Gratitude group I read concerns from souls in other countries. I feel we have a responsibility to pay attention to these souls also.
